Returns Policy

Any Returned items must be deliveried back to Anna Lous within 14 days from when the package was delivered to you. We offer exchange / credit note or refund(7 Day refund policy only )and after that date it’s exchange or credit note. Please note when you return goods within 14 days (other than as a result of a fault in the goods) you must pay the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend you return any items by registered, signed for or recorded delivery. If the items are not sent back signed or recorded delivery we are not responsible for any lost items. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been damaged or worn will not be refunded.

NO SALE ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE DUE TO BEING IN THE SALE
